Why Monthly Enrollment?

Fish Factory Swim School books lessons on a monthly perpetual enrollment cycle for several reasons:

  • Affordability: Monthly enrollment keeps our lessons affordable. Families can purchase lessons one month at a time instead of having to buy expensive packages of daily lessons.
  • Scheduling: Monthly enrollment allows your family to schedule swim lessons like soccer practice or piano lessons. You choose the days and times that work best for your schedule and your child will remain in that time slot until you withdraw them.
  • Consistency: If you don’t use it, you lose it! Kids who only use their swimming skills for 2-3 months out of the year rarely advance into fully confident swimmers. Parents end up paying for lessons every summer only to see their child remain at a basic swimming level (if that). Year-round swim lessons allow for the best use of your time and money. Kids in year-round lessons learn more, retain their skills and become capable swimmers much sooner than those who only swim seasonally.

Weekly Intensive Sessions

Weekly Intensive Sessions (WIS) are useful for parents who want to give their kids a little extra encouragement or quickly refresh their swimming skills. Weekly sessions include five 30-minute lessons on consecutive days. These lessons are particularly useful for children with water anxiety since they allow for daily practice and instructor bonding. Weekly sessions are offered upon availability May through August only. WIS can be added on to students who are already enrolled on a monthly basis or booked for new students. See the above class descriptions (Guppy vs. Fish in Progress) to determine which weekly intensive class is right for your swimmer.
